Jeremy Pratt has spent the last decade teaching consumers how to use common financial products for uncommon financial results. He is passionate about helping individuals and families grow and protect their savings and wealth with minimal risk.
Jeremy has served as the president of a Financial Services company in Washington State, and as a Division Trainer for the fifth largest bank in the country during his career. Over the last four years, Jeremy has traveled from coast to coast teaching both Financial Professionals and Consumers how to maximize the money they earn by utilizing financial products that reduce interest charges and maximize cash-flow.

WALTER C.YOUNG Walter Young has a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in corporate finance. He is living in Seattle, Washington married with three children. He participates in his children’s school financial committee and enjoys playing and coaching soccer.

Walter Young is a private cash flow manager for individuals. Walter has created wealth enhancement strategies for many families by applying successful corporate cash-flow management tools and making them available to households. Walter’s experience is a strong blend of unique financial consulting with customized financial strategies for the individual. The result yields advanced cash flow strategies inspired by corporate theory but modified for the individual’s success. Walter has developed and continues developing new techniques to optimize the way households manage their cash flow, eliminating excessive expenses and interest payments on conventional debt. This eliminates the burden and risk to individuals who are forced to focus on high risk investments rather than on eliminating “lost money” on debt repayment structures to build long term wealth.
Walter has implemented a three step program to: gain control of short term money management, optimize existing assets, and build self sustaining wealth. Paramount to his clients’ success is the interaction and education he offers each client to assess the unique challenges and opportunities each household represents. By implementing a philosophy and discipline first mentality, and product second approach, Walter is able to customize each plan to ensure long term sustained wealth.
Walter is proud to have spent a tenure with Deloitte Consulting where he worked with fortune 100 companies designing financial planning processes and building financial trading platforms. These projects are the genesis of his theories developed for today’s individual use. Walter perennially ranked in the top 8% of consultants for Deloitte Consulting. He has also spent both prior and after, a number of years within the financial and insurance industries, gaining strong insight to corporate tax advantage strategies, and what is ironically, the profitable structuring of debt service for the individual.
